Residence permit A, B etc...

Just curious about a time question...if I go back to the U.S., say, uhh, i dont know, cause Finland sends me back to reapply for the permit, does that null and void the year I was already here? do I come back and start the living in Finland time all over again?

BTW: we went to the magistrate today and filed for marriage

Just have to avoid being thrown out of the country for 7 days.... How hard is that!

Besides if they do, I'm sure you can sue them for the emotional distress of ruining your wedding

I would avoid this as they would say OK go ahead, we will not only pay you but then the intended amount that it would have cost us, you will have to pay taxes on that!!

haha, yeah, Im gonna make some more waves while Im still here...I dont think so!, my caseworker is already trying to book me a flight back to America saying, "good, now you can reapply with family ties". Im not sure this marriage thing is gonna help me stay right now, but we're not really marrying for the staying issue, but you would think they would ease up alittle, but noooo

. whatever, Im giddy with love right now!!! I'll be worried and pissed off again later this week
