Finland-Belgium EURO Qualifier in June

Post by Matt C. » Wed Apr 25, 2007 4:47 am

OK. We're going to be in Helsinki in early June and had a thought to attend the FIN-BEL qualifier at Olympiastadion. The only place I can find tickets online (since I'm in the U.S.) is this 'Euroteam.info' site, but the prices are insane. Can that be right? 220 EUR for one lousy seat?

If anyone could point me in a better direction for tickets at a less extortion-esque price, I'd greatly appreciate it.

P. S. If that is typical of Euro Cup prices, I'll never complain about NHL/MLB prices again.

Try Lippupalvelu (a Finnish branch of Ticketmaster). The FIN-BEL match is listed here. (See Google Maps as well.)

I just took a look at that site to see how much the tickets are. Someone please explain this because i am getting a migraine from looking at it.

"Ticket limit is 10 tickets. (Note: this rule doesn't apply if a ticket limit of less than 10 has been specified)."
Oh, God, God, God! What on earth was I drinking last night? My head feels like there's a Frenchman living in it.

It is normal on this lippupalvelu web page.

You can always buy a maximum of 10 tickets, unless it states next to the event that for that particular event it is further limited (for example some events have a maximum of 5 tickets).

Is this the answer you wanted?

I was thinking back to a previous thread about stupid warning messages such as "do not turn upside down" on the bottom of somthing. Guess there should a warning on me

"If looks confused please turn away from screen and slap"

OK, last thing. If I have these tickets mailed from Lippupalvelu to the U.S., how long can I expect the mail to take to arrive? 2 wks? 6 wks?
