The under 20 FINNISH RUGBY TEAM is gathering in Myllypuro for a Training at 9:30.
10:00 - warm up and physical training followed by physical tests outside on Myllypuro pitch.
11:00 - theory on the white board
12:00 - lunch
13:00 - forward specific training and backwards specific training
13:30 - Helsinki Rugby Club forwards join to work on the scrums and to give opposition to the backs
15:00 - break
15:45 - warm up INSIDE the bubble
16:30 - exhibition game between Helsinki Rugby Club and the U20 Finnish team and start of the Open Day INSIDE the bubble
16:50 - Open workshop: passing the ball, scrums, kicking, running with the ball… INSIDE the bubble
17:40 - Game INSIDE the bubble
The OPEN DAY is best day for trying Rugby. It’s FREE, GOOD FUN, and you might even like to continue playing with us
