Loving it

Post by rev. green » Mon May 07, 2007 8:11 pm

My birthday last weekend and I was back in sunny manc, god smiled on me and made me a red manc, he also smiled a bit more and made one of my mates who was out with us a Chelsea fan.

You can't make better weekends than that even if you try :D

Looking forward to next weekend too. It will be nice to see our reserve team get a guard of honour when they run on at Stamford Bridge

Just hope Milan can do a job now, two of my mates back home are Liverpool fans

I was waiting for you to come up with something, seeing as you were quite after the Milan game

I was at Goodison last Saturday... 3-0 win over Portsmouth, both teams were poor in the first half, but we were top in the second half.

UEFA footy next season :D

Sinikala: It would be great to get Fernandes on a permanent basis. And great stuff from the young lads upfront.

Rev: Gloating Manyoo fans...it's been a while  never missed them at all, but good news Chelsea haven't bought another title.

And Liverpool in the final again is painful in many ways - but do you really want Milan to win? Italian football celebrating victory over English football?
Beth? Hä? 什么?

You'd be lucky:

Everton are unlikely to take up a £12m option to sign Benfica's on-loan star Manuel Fernandes. (Daily Mirror)

12 big ones!

Fair play to Fergie, Giggs and Scholsie. Great seasons for all of them and of course Ronaldo.

Thankfully Chelsea didn't win the league.

I've got nothing against Liverpool and hope they go on and win it to shove it down Man Us throats.

Hopefully we can learn to shoot in time for next season and we'll be challenging again. Maybe we could sign Kaka

You know what mate I was that hungover, I went to a bbq in the afternoon ended up crashing out at 6pm and missed the game

I reckon we had a good chance this season, if the gimps hadn't put us in hundreds of millions worth of debt I think we would have had at least 2 additional players (deffo a striker anyway). In the end our squad was just a bit too thin. Despite our esteemed CEO David Gill lying through his teeth, the numbers don't even begin to add up and our spending on players has not been more than what we have made with transfers for a long time.

If its any consolation mate, my old man reckoned he had the best time of his life following Utd in division 2. Cheer up, you could be Leeds

Hey I had to wait until I was 16 before I could even dream of gloating  When I was a nipper in the North West I seem to remember you lot being the gloaters along with your dirty cousins on the other side of stanley knife park

You must be mad mate  Imagine them lot with 6 EC's. 4 was bad enough, the final in 2005 was possibly the worst night of my life.

9 Titles now for Giggsy. He'll probably never match Phil Neal for honours. But Giggsy might help pay a mortgage
