We need one or two volunteers for the Children’s Olympics!

Saturday July 28th will be a Global Village ry event at the “Vanhakirjaston talo” park, 13-17h approximately.

The event is open for the whole family. The parents will be invited to have a picnic with their children and for them some children classical games will be arranged. All participant children will get some craft made medals prepared by the volunteers.

The families will be told to bring their own food for picnic and the volunteer’s only duty there will be entertain the children.

What do we need?

The event is organized by Liviana, an enthusiastic Italian girl who has just arrived to Finland 3 months ago.

She would need one or two volunteers with skills prepare the games (if possible during June) and to guide the children during the event (28.7.07).
At least one of the volunteers may be fluent in Finnish, so to communicate well with the children during the event, and in English to be able to communicate with Liviana.
