Preserving the permanent residence&work permit

Hi there,

Does anybody know what are the limitations for keeping a permanent residence permit in Finland? Such as;

- Do you lose your permit when you start working outside Finland?
- Does it matter if that country is outside EU or not?

in UVI faq, they have explained about conditions for keeping PR. You can be outside anywhere in the world for 2 years without losing PR.
