stuff to show 1+ year old baby in helsinki downtown area

hi all,

Hubby is going to helsinki for a training next week for 4 days, I have decided to go along with baby. Hotel is in downtown, I know that there is a museum close, but I doubt if she finds it interesting. So, any suggestions for fun places and how to get there ? I am going out with pram, wouldn't dare to drive around in helsinki area.

If it's a nice day you could go to Korkeasaari Zoo. It is on an island but the easiest way to get there is by ferry (5 minutes or so) from the main market place on the harbour. You can't miss it. I think you can buy a ticket that includes ferry and the entrance. The zoo is a nice place to stroll around, there are plenty of animals indoors and out.

If it is raining then I guess the Sea Life aquarium at Linnanmäki amusement park is an idea. But it only takes an hour at most to get round.
