I gave Petteri his first exposure in the United States, and the TrailBlazers went on a good deal of my information in drafting him. I don't know that he'll play a lot of his career in Portland, but he has a very bright future in the NBA. The plan is for him to play high level European basketball this season, and come to the NBA next year.
There is another prospect at the junior level in Finland who I was told about recently, but haven't had the chance to check out in person yet. Sasu Salin is his name, and he will be playing for Koponen's old team, the Honka Playboys this season.
If anyone can get me video of Koponen last season or Salin this season, please message me.
