Hey I am wanting to shed some kilos and I thought to join a team sport of some kind like - Cricket, Football, AFL, Basketball etc.
Any ideas how I could go about it - or even if there is someone else out there who wants to have a kick with a ball etc...

According to the studies, Horizontal Mambo is the best way to get rid of calories...

What about trying skinny skis?

You will burn a truckload of calories doing that!
I am intending to get back into cross-country skiing this winter after a 28-year long break from it.
