Trying to find an address of a lost friend

With the internet it has become very easy to find someone’s physical address or phone number here in the States. Back in the day’s one would have to use a phone book or call an operator and ask for directory assistants. Now with the internet one can find online a number of sites like, Switchboard, AnyWho, Whitepages, and others that one can use, at no cost, to locate some one in the States. My questions is, are there phone directory assistant websites for Finland? If there are director assistant internet sites or any other means of locating a person, can someone help me find a phone number or a physical address for Simo Valakari. I met Simo when he played soccer in the States for the FC Dallas MLS team. Simo left the Dallas team and moved back to Finland. He is now playing soccer for the TPS 1922 team in the city of Turku, so I would assume Simo lives in Turku. If Simo’s address can’t be found maybe one could find the address of the TPS 1922 team in Turku. Thanks an American Finn

there's only one number listed with that name, and it's in Helsinki.

Or send these people an email, give your email address / phone number and then they can get in touch with him on your behalf. If he wants to he can contact you. They probably won't give you his personal contact information directly.

That has to be the Simo in looking for. I assumed since he was playing in Turku, he lived there. Simo was from Helsinki. Were you able to find an address or phone number?

If mCowboy's number doesn't work then I suggest you contact the club directly. They all seem to speak English (bumped into them on Åland last June when they were playing Mariehamn). I think the coach (or one of them) is a Brit.

mCowboy thanks for your help. I’ll get my note off to Simo today. Penelope yesterday I did send a note to a couple of the individuals that were listed on the TPS contact list, thanks for your help also.

all the fan mail goes through the record company. Most Helsinki people know where he lives, but we respect his privacy.

im desperately trying to find a friend of mine from london. i know his full name, area where he lives (canary wharf or nearby), and his moms and ex girlfriends full names (tough they live in ny). i also know he works in music business but not the name of the company or so. any ideas how to find him? i would love to find his street address and/or any other information. i have been trying trough google but didnt find anything.

by calling one of the Finnish directory services, they cater for many European countries nowadays too.
