So this may sound a bit strange, but here goes...
My daughter has her first case of diarrhea now which has also coincided with the change of toothpaste I use on her. The toothpaste I used prior to that was from the states and it didn't contain flouride and it was 100% safe if ingested. I recently ran out of that and have now been using a pepsodent children's toothpaste that contains flouride the past few days and I was wondering if that could have any connection with her diarrhea? She doesn't spit the toothpaste out, therefore ingesting it (she's still under a year) and I can't find a flouride free toothpaste for children here.
Of course I also realize that it could just be a coincidence that her diarrhea coincided with the toothpaste switch, but I just though I'd ask here just in case anyone had a similar experience or some tips

question about children's toothpaste

Well, if you do think its the fluoride, then march up to the pharmacy, theres Salutem, Biotene and probably a few other fluoride free toothpastes available... I know they're dragging shelves with "baby toothpastes", but these are the ones that don't foam and don't taste and don't... wonder what they do do then again...
Cheers, Hank W.
