Just curious, is there any special advantage of sending the cvs to you? Do you work at citec (http://www.citec.fi/Default.aspx?Id=510510 )?

Who knows... Maybe he gets a scalp fee. Or maybe he can put in a good word. Maybe theres talented people who failed the MOL search facility?

BTW I'm open for J2EE and IDM or WebFocus specialists

I guess if they hire a person that the author recommended, he/she gets a bonus.

TBH I'd never send my CV to a Yahoo/Hotmail etc address... either it's the company's address or some recruitment agency's office or nothing.

Sorry not getting back, just been crazy with work. Yes there is a head fee/bounes for me. Thats why i've asked to go thru me or ask me and i'll forward the email address to the HR manager. Cant say what jobs are out there right now but can say they are moving into new areas with in the next few years.
