Can anyone tell me what is the difference between the Kidius gefilus single dose drinks and the "adult" or non child ones? My 4 year old daughter likes the "adult" ones and I am not sure if the dosage of the lactobacillus is different. Is it ok to let her drink those?

We let them drink what they seem to like..
For e.g. my DD drinks Hevi sotto every nite for evening snack..
and my 1.4 yr DS had a whole yoghurt last nite, meant for adults ( vanilla flavored one with 0% fat and yummy)
