Does anyone know if and where you can do bungee-jumping, paragliding, scuba diving or something similar in Tampere? I didn't find any information so far.

There is the Tampere Diving Club - http://www.taursu.fi/ (haven't the b*ggers hid their contact details well... I probed the web pages like Jacques Cousteau but couldn't come up with anything!)
You could maybe ask the Tampere city sports information centre:

NB even if the city itself does not arrange such activities that you're looking for, they could help you in locating local clubs and so on... the Näsinneula Ropeless Bungee Jumpers' Society... Popeda & Paragliding Club of Ikuri...

Hehe, well, thank you for your help. I've just sent an e-mail do one of the diving instructors from the diving club. I didn't know there was one, this is great! I hope I can find something.
