looking for job

not being able to speak or write finnish i have problem although i am trying at momment to understand. can a little. anyway has anyone any ideas for looking for hotel work and do the finnish offer accomodation with jobs as they do here in england

You are member of this forum long enough to know that:
- no Finnish
- no (masters) degree
- no niche skills
equals very little chance for a job.
In the hospitality world (hotels etc.) you have to deal with guests who speak Finnish. Guess how much chance you have in this field.

Only in some resorts up north in Lapland where theres not enough local infrastructure and a high turnaround of seasonal staff.
