Does anyone knows what should be the right Period of Notice in IT field with less than 4 years of employment (more than 1 year)?

depends on your contract, but I believe it's 1 month.

check your contract for the reference to the työehtosopimus, like I said it depends on your contract.

Thats the "uniform work agreement act"; but as Cowboy says, it depends. There may be separate agreements according to which union contract you have made your contract.

Collective agreement for IT allows employer to use another period of notice.
As I know - in a lot of small companies and at least 3 very big companies - period of notice is 2 months just after trial period.
