As foreigner with out finnish language i feel i have to proov my self and work harder to get my point cross...do you think is this racism?

Yes, you should learn Finnish first before you go begging money.Zakaria wrote: As foreigner with out finnish language i feel i have to proov my self and work harder to get my point cross...do you think is this racism?

since i got my permit i started working , i have no time to be a begger ...and in my benefit to work and fill up my time it is more healthier.
but sll she wanted i think she has it now , babe and receving money from the government.
the reason i went to social office is to find out and investigate the issue.
cuz i received a letter in finnish mentioning my name and her name and mentioning amount of money so i wanted to understand it ....
after the officer hearing her over the phone liying , and then went and spoke to her on the phone in finnish which i dont understand and then he finish and he says u need to negotiate with her...
do they support fraud ?or cuz she is finnish and dont want to report her?mmmm
i always was told that finnish citizen have more right than foreigner well here is my real example for you guys ....
she lied and she had back up ....and now she threatenedme to deportme back to my country and i will never see the babe.......mmmm
and she always teachme: i am finnish woman and i have more right than you i can do wat ever i want on you ...and deport u inthe first plane.....
can she do that?does she have all right to do that? she seems pretty confident when say it ....
perhaps she can create scenario and convince them to deportme ...even she lie again she will be forgiven as she is finnish citizen.

See now you know why there is so low population growth in Finland
Besides which you could get an interpreter to help deal with the social office. They're in the opinion of "not paying" and you need to not only "speak Finnish" but "think Finnish". And usually if you cannot speak you "think wrong" and they deal much better with people who "think right"...

If you are working now, why are you even going and talking about money with the government offices? It really peeves me off people that come here and just starting getting money without having ever put into the system.
Just let the money thing go. It's gone. Do you want to waste more of our tax payer's money hunting down what is probably a couple of hundred euros if that, when it'd cost alot more to fight for it?
If your situation is as bad as you make it out to be, do you really want to be in any flat with her?
If she's leaving, try to keep the flat that she's leaving. Is your name on the papers? If it is, then she can take her name off the papers and you can continue to rent the place (you might have to pay the social security over again). Do you know who the landlord is? Can you not phone that person/company up and ask about keeping the flat? Taking over the rent payments?
Yes, you are a foreigner and yes, you don't speak Finnish. That's your downfall, so don't go playing the race card because you aren't fully understood or you don't understand how something works. Of course there's going to be confusion and misunderstandings. Yes, there are people that are racist, just like everywhere in the world. That's nothing new. But in this case I think it's just you and the people you are dealing with are having a miscommunication.
I think you should try to start doing some stuff on your own. Going to government offices and bringing your situation up constantly doesn't seem to be doing jacksh*t for you, so why bother? Realise it now that your marriage is over and try to get your life back on track. You said you have a job? Start looking about getting your own place and get a lawyer who can help you deal with the baby stuff that is going on. Stop relying on the government and other's to help fix your problems.
Wait till your residence's permit is ending and when you reapply deal with the implications of being divorced. You'll have a child by then and that will work in your favour.
I wish you all the best. I hope that you can get your life in order.

yes, like Flossy1978 said, start to concentrate on solving your problems, other than complain here all the time. No one said life is easy, weather you are a foreigner or not. It is your own choice now how do you want to have a life in here. As you mentioned, you already can get legal advice from lawyer (for the house issue), you already have a PR, you have a job, you can move to your own place with the money you earn. What are you afraid of being kicked out ?
There is nothing to be surprised if it has only her name on the renting paper, when you guys rented it, you might didn't have a social sucurity number and you didn't pay part of the rent.
And to be honest, as she paid all the rent before you got a job, now it is your turn to pay for it....

It's not clear to me if it is an one time payment or a regular thing.Just let the money thing go. It's gone.
Anyway, if zakaria is entitled for the money, he should go for it. The tax office will see it as HIS income and tax HIM for it. They don't accept excuses like "my former wife won't give it to me".
i am confused with your story. you got permit and started to work easily. did you ask tyovoimatomisto that what you are going to do? i am also married with finnish women? i am here for 6 months and i found job also. but tyovoimatoimisto said i cant work right now. they ask me to join finnish course and i am going school now. what i think is you dont have to worry, learn language first.
I don't understand why he can't work if he doesn't speak finnish first, and he said he already had a job but the työvoimatoimisto said he must learn finnish first before he can work but they can't stop him from working if he has a residence permit.
Strange! Also finding a job in Finland within 6 months without speaking finnish must be a first! But then I suppose what kind of work!

Ofcorse he can work...There is no obligation to learn finnish first and then work...And in any case, even speaking basic level of finnish would require over 2 years of dedicated study...The tyovoimatoimisto cant stop him from working...Infact nobody can if he has the right to work in his residence permit.I don't understand why he can't work if he doesn't speak finnish first, and he said he already had a job but the työvoimatoimisto said he must learn finnish first before he can work but they can't stop him from working if he has a residence permit.
definitely not a first....I got a job as a product development engineer within one month of getting my residence permit in 2006..I had to work as an intern for 2 months to prove my skills after which I was awarded a permanent position...Prior to getting this job,I didnt have any work ex as i was a fresher...And i happen to know a couple of freshly graduated foreigners working for our company and all of them were recruited in Finland...Strange! Also finding a job in Finland within 6 months without speaking finnish must be a first! But then I suppose what kind of work!
Yes product development engineer, you see you had a skill that the company needed and did not require the finnish language but many immigrants here don't have any skills and don't speak finnish then it's almost impossible to find a job not in 6 months anyway, ok maybe cleaning work but even then many cleaning companies require that you must speak some finnish and have been on a cleaning course and have prev experience.
They actually have cleaning courses here to learn how to clean.

Yah that correct...Getting a job anywhere depends largely on the skill sets...And in finland,if one has "No skills+No finnish", it is likely to be extremely difficult to get a job...Yes product development engineer, you see you had a skill that the company needed and did not require the finnish language but many immigrants here don't have any skills and don't speak finnish then it's almost impossible to find a job not in 6 months anyway, ok maybe cleaning work but even then many cleaning companies require that you must speak some finnish and have been on a cleaning course and have prev experience.
I know...I find it a little absurd...but again, its only a personal opinionThey actually have cleaning courses here to learn how to clean.
