I dont know how they used to collect this tax ..and/if anyone paid it..
But next year doggies no longer have to hide from the tax man in Vantaa..

Hahaa great, now i don't have to feel so bad anymore about not paying the tax!!
Ahem, if i actually were to be so dodgy as to avoid paying the tax in the first place that is... :lol:
