Greek Week at Lidl

Post by karen » Thu Nov 15, 2007 10:37 am

I saw some of the sesame and nut snacks last night, but they weren't selling them yet.

Greek Week

Their Greek Antipasti aren't part of the promo, but I just tried the stuffed
grape leaves and I'm addicted. They are in the cold section with the feta and
mozzarella cheeses.

You can get stuffed wine leaves from the "ethnic shops" also... I usually buy mine from Zaza, a small shop in Myyrmanni. IIRC they've got a few different Turkish brands available... also wine leaves, if you prefer to "roll your own"
