Tracks at the urheilupuisto in Tampere

I've been doing a lot of running lately at the urheilupuisto by TAYS.

Once it starts snowing a little more, do they completely groom ALL the tracks to become cross country skiing tracks, or do they leave some of the tracks available for runners?
