There's this button on your comp. It looks like a circle and on the bottom there's a vertical line. Press that. And after that don't touch it again. That should solve your problem.

On sure way to get them is to tell them not to send them. I use the Spamihilator which removes even 98 % of the spam mail.

Usually under the letters theres line witch says ... if u dont wanna recive eny letters from this sender click here or something like that that deletes ur email adress from them list
