is there anywhere in tampere that would sell them, army surplus etc??

although they are about 60€ in the uk, and there are some stores in helsinki where they are about 10e

Yeah, but the difference if it is man-made material or real fur. And what size your dad's cupola is, as the big sizes are rarer. The russian sizing is the same as german or finnish sizing BTW.

You can get up to 62 or 64.. milpros got up to 62. He needs to measure his head with a cm, then also send you the UK "size" he uses for verification (theres comparison charts on the net). Safer to go with one or two sizes larger always.

Please don't buy cheap fur hats, they can be made from dog/cat/rabbit fur from China, where the animals are kept in appalling conditions.

A real fur hat will cost you money, please please, be careful when buying cheap.
