The current issue (No 31, period 14-20 December 2007) of the Helsinki Times contains an advert for freelance writers and proofreaders for that publication. Contact person is Laura Seppälä. Dream Catcher Oy, Vilhonvuorenkatu 11 B, 00500 Helsinki. http://www.helsinkitimes.fi

The ad says to send a short application letter, and three article ideas if you are applying for the freelance writer position, by e-mail to laura@helsinkitimes.fi by 31.1.2008 and to write in the subject field Freelancer or Proofreader / Helsinki Times.

Question is if you want to work for Alexis. Maybe you should ask some of his ex-employees. Or if you want a good opinion, ask Phil... :mrgreen:

I have no idea who is behind the paper, or what they are like as an employer, so I can't comment. I just saw the ad and remembered Simon's post.
