I decided to bake some. It's a new recipe for Oatmeal Cranberry cookies, but
I added some white chocolate. Really good!
If I'm still in the mood, I'm going to make some Banana Chocolate Chip
cookies later. They're also really good.

Well, recipe please. Though I'm not much into baking I also delete cookies (at an alarming rate)

Cheers, Hank W.

These turned out very, very nice. I bought the cranberries at ELMA and I
wish I'd gotten more than a kilo (or was it a liter?). If anyone knows where
to get plump, juicy dried cranberries, please let me know. These were
sold loose at one of the produce stands.
Oatmeal & Dried Cranberry Cookies (plus some white chocolate)
3/4 cup Sugar
3/4 cup Brown sugar
1 cup Butter; room temp
2 Eggs
1 tablespoon Vanilla extract
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1 teaspoon Salt
4 cups Oats
1 cup dried cranberries
100 grams Fazer white chocolate Block, chopped into small pieces
Cream butter & sugar, beat in eggs and vanilla until smooth. Add baking soda and salt;
mix well. Stir in oats and cranberries. Shape dough into 1-inch balls, place on
greased baking sheets and flatten slightly. Bake at 325 until lightly
browned, about 12-15 min. Remove and cool on wire racks.
I used Myllyn Paras Neljän Viljan Hiutale rather than plain oats.
