In a vocational school. Then theres various "adult courses" designed by MOL, some especially oriented for immigrants. Not much in plumbing right now... more bus driver, welder, warehouse, machinist and such, and then your basic Finnish working life integration.
Here's something. Requires you to have a drivers licence, but oriented for immigrants, building maintenance, basics of plumbing and electricity etc...
