Non niin as Hank works for what is probably the largest IT company in this country, and Phil often consults him when he has this sort of problem...Would not surprise me if Hank is currently poking about in Phil's server.

Last time this happened..It was IIRC due to the service provider screwing up. as Hanks says...site hosting being assclowns.
