Do you sing "it's just like watching Arsenal" with Muamba and Larsson in your side? Any other Arsenal old boys i forgot about? I always wanted Forssell at Arsenal (i'd love to see the blue and white flag flying at the Emirates, maybe Jääskeläinen, although he might be going overseas, possibly Italy) until his injury situation affected his game. He was a great striker, he still shows glimpses but i think he'll never be as good as his early promise, shame especially with that chance in the last 5 mins of the portugal game that he banged into the floor.
For the fantasy football i'm just hoping Cesc got a hattrick and was man of the match

It ruins MoTD if you know the scores it's the same with boxing or any other sports, even Spurs, i obviously hate them but imagine if i'd watched the 6-4 with Reading without knowing the scores, that would have been a great game to watch (i heard that score anyway while i watched Arsenal batter Everton, remember that Salopian ). Unless it's Arsenal as i'd watch them anyway as their play normally flows like cheap lambrusco at a tarts' hen do.

Unfortunately the Hatton fight wasn't as good as i hoped it would be, but knowing he lost would have meant i wouldn't have watched it at all and staying up til 7am like W wasn't even a consideration for me. And i moved away so you and W could discus it at length anyway, bloody moaner dragging up the past
It is painful hanging around trying to avoid the results/look at the league table, especially as it's either a 2am viewing or sunday breakfast time viewing but there's nothing better than seeing your side win on MoTD followed by highlights of ManUre of Chavski failing to pick up 3 points with the immortal lines from Hansen "Shockin' defennin' "

Fair enough - it must take some doing, and I admire the will. If there's a stream for the Everton game, then bugger keeping the rest quiet - I'll maybe listen to bbc sports extra at the same time to keep up, and there are (SPOILER - don't click, Magic) alterntives to MotD...

Haha. Weren't bitter or owt, just thinking that you could end up waiting 18 hours to watch a re-run of Never the Twain in place of the match that was postponed due to fog...
