Where to buy cheap phone?

Hi, does anybody know about some place to buy a cheap cell phone? Regardless of design or quality or whatever, just a cheap phone to call , even used one... Thank you a lot

There is a Mobile Phone shop near the Ooster Pub in the railway station.
They have a selection of used phones..
