new trains and old trains

hello! I was wondering if there is anyway to get information on when the 'newer' trains run. I like to take my dog out to different dog parks around Helsinki and we usually need to take a train, the problem is that he refuses to climb up the 2 steps to get on the train and hes too big now for me to pick up. the newer trains dont have these steps cause they are lower to the ground. Ive noticed people in wheelchairs always seem to know the schedual of the newer trains so i thought maybe there is a website or something
