Which bank provides cost effective, corporate account for business in Finland?
I only compared Nordea & Sampo, and they were same price, there is always monthly fees irrespective of transactions. + some costs per transactions.

Not like there are many more:
From http://www.expat-finland.com/finance/banking.html
From the above link
Finnish Banks

Of the 343 banks operating in Finland, the three largest banking groups - Nordea Bank Finland, the OKO Bank Group and Sampo - represent more than 80 per cent of the deposit and credit markets.

Other commercial banks include: Bank of Åland Plc, eQ Bank, Evli Bank Plc, Gyllenberg Private Bank Ltd, Suomen AsuntoHypoPankki Oy and Tapiola Bank Ltd. There are also finance companies, mutual fund companies, and life assurance companies.

Check out Handelsbanken. About a year ago, I was comparing the costs of the different business accounts. I remember HB had a good account for small businesses with a limited number of transactions. I believe there are no monthly fees if you stay under 15 transactions. I can't quote their exact rate schedule...its better to check this out yourself.

Also, I have found HB more willing to speak English than Sampo or Nordea.
