I've left it intentionally vague then maybe other people can add bits as well, rather than starting 80 other threads.
What are the exceedingly large red and blue packets of white fish that seem vaguely connected to Christmas?

I have never seen those, but if there is a connection to Christmas, it must have been "lipeäkala" (lutefisk).

How do they get it to taste, "yellow". Same as yellow snow?
