Drop into the music conservatoire behind the metro station in Ruoholahti and ask them for a list. Many of their students give lessons to earn some cash, and it's cheaper than going directly to a music school. Or there might be a noticeboard on the wall somewhere. We found a teacher for my son through the conservatoire in Tapiola, Espoo. They gave us some numbers to call but those guys were all booked up; luckily, one of them had a friend, we called him and he was available. Easy.

OK, so for electric guitar (also bass) instruction call Tomas Whitehouse on +358-45-1155839 he's from Birmingham so I can't say if he speaks 'English' and he's not been a classical guitarist
Cheers, Hank W.
