OFFICE SECRETARY (ECHA in Helsinki)

Our client, the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) manages the registration, evaluation, authorisation and restriction processes for chemical substances to ensure consistency across the European Union. These REACH processes are designed to provide additional information on chemicals, to ensure their safe use, and to ensure competitiveness of the European industry. ECHA will also provide information on chemicals and technical and scientific advice. The Agency is located in Helsinki city center. Now we are looking for OFFICE SECRETARIES to work at ECHA in multiple assistive clerical tasks. The duration of the assignment is until the end of June 2008 with the possibility of an extension. The work is a full-time day job from Monday to Friday.

Requirements
- a positive, service oriented and flexible attitude
- trustworthiness
- ability to work diplomatically and efficiently also under pressure
- fluency in English, other EU-languages are an advantage
- good IT skills (MS Office programs)
- some relevant work experience for example as an Assistant or a Secretary
