I just finish an online version of my resume. This version allows me to develop my qualifications/education and stuff like that more than in my classic resume I send to companies.
What I want to ask you is that you take a look at it and give me some feedback about it.

I would suggest to extend "Job objective" with information regarding what particular role you see at prospective position: Software Engineering, IT administration, etc.

In your work experiences define deeper the tasks and responsibilities carried by you: what was working environment, what problems you been solving.
You don't use "active-action" words:

Oh yes I forgot to mention that. Yes I'm looking for a job in Finland, and to even more precise an internship/trainee period of 6 month that can lead to a job.

Is there special rules for building a CV in the Finnish way ? I just read the post "Finding a Job in Finland" - version 2 and found a lot of tips, but do you think I should "humble" my CV?? I am not so sure about that, I'm going to graduate after my internship next semester so I don't have so much experience...

Looks good to me though I don't understand why you have more detail in the French version than in the English translation (I think some of the French info could be added to the English version). I agree the English version of the objectives needs to be fattened out with a bit more info on your motivations (more like a cover letter) but the other sections are factual, to the point, concise, fine. I wouldn't bother with a whole load of "active-action" spin. I don't think managers in Finland are too impressed by a whole ton of rhetoric. Keep it simple.

Well, the French version was modified after the English version, one of my previous employer gave me some tips about it.
I didn't have time to update this English version, but it will be done soon.

I play rugby in Oulu, and btw there is a tournament on Saturday in Jyväskylä if someone is interested to discover this sport.

I work in IT. Guess what my employers have been interested in...

1) Attitude
2) Knowledge
3) Background

1 Being if I am guy who might fit the job
2 What kind of IT stuff I know
3 What have I done and what other education I have

They are not interested if I can make cool strings of action words. It is cold, hard facts.

And if you are guy responsible for hiring in your company, I pity that company because you appear to put importance on issues not directly related to actual job.
Not to mention your illusions on unnecessity of being able to communicate in local language.

Hi, i agree with Tizwas, you need some more facts and info on what you have actually done! sell yourself more, not just "Operational support" go into detail, like streacher said, IT jobs get loads of interest. You have to somehow make yourself standout. You might have put more information in your French version like penelope said, but i don't speak French like the majority or the IT employers won't!

Magic words, magic words. The only thing that I'd maybe rephrase slightly is "what you did" with the computers. Its a bit clunky in places, I can't put my finger on it, but writing the sentences in a more... hrm... normal manner?

Though I am not the best to assess, my CV is crud (and old as hell)

I didnt see much wrong with your CV... One thing that you could improve on is to "highlight" your experiences..and your achievements.
Since you have now made several people look at your CV, thats an achievement in itself...
Also, keep one for the Text...i.e. a Text version... Not all are impressed by your web-oriented skills!!

And one thing, it got me good feedback to put a simple paragraph where I explained bit more indepth my past experience in actual worklife. Including training period during school. It tells a whole lot more to employer if you explain it with more than one or two sentences. But only put in something relevant instead of writing for sake of writing.

Well I want this online version to be more detailed than the text version. It's not to show that I know how to do some web pages and stuff like that (I don't want to work anymore in that kind of job ), it's just to detail more. I have spend some time on it to make it easy to use and not too "sad" (the previous version was just black text & white backgroung).

@ Hank : Maybe it's because we French usually wrote very long sentences that it may seem clunky. Sometimes it even seems clunky for us. We have to read it two or three time before getting everything that was said in the sentences. I will try to shorten them a little.
