Yeah, but nothing so very special about it. The good guys all chose to go up a gear to the HS-80 hill, and he picked the little one. You could only take part in two events. Still, kudos to the little guy for doing it in the first place, and if he's in the press for stuff like this a bit more often and less for punching people out or falling on his ass, then all to the good.

Agreed - and my astonishment wasn't so much for the winning itself but actually turning up for the event, instead of choosing to get blotto in the hotel room, and then, as a bonus, winning (which indeed makes better news than what we've seen of him during these... x number of years)

Whatever the case, if I was placed on top of even that small hill with skis on me feet, it would be a veritable "bon voyage" I'm sure...
