Help me find more details about this event

Someone emailed the details to me. I'd like to know the Finnish name of the church and its address. A link to the event would be great. I need to distribute this to a mailing list and the information isn't as complete as I feel it should be before I pass it on. Thanks for your help!

It is at Lauttasaari Church on Saturday, March 1 at 15.00. There is a Children's concert, and then a short 'adults' concert, followed by a bazaar and games for children. Supposedly the clowns that visit children in the hospitals will also be there. I suppose this is in Finnish, but most people have Finnish-speaking children anyway, so I don't think that is a problem. It said 5 euro for the Program, so I assume admission is free. There is a cafe with food after the concert. And now I have forgotten the name of the charity. Apparently this is an annual event, but it is not a church event per se, but rather a fundraiser for this charity.
