Frequent Tallinn-goers, your advice please
Hello Dear All.
Does anyone know of a hotel in Tallinn that has a fire place in their room(s)? I assume there might be few with a fireplace in some sort of "VIP" or "Presidential" suite but I'm looking for something easier accesible to simple mortals.
Thanks to all.

What, they got a sale on marshmallows?
I wouldn't even know a suite like that in Helsinki... I'd suspect something like the cabins they rent in the boonies would have it, so if someone rents their house...

Yrjönkadun vintti is a small conference room, with a fireplace IRCC.
In Tallinn, it might be easier to find a private penthouse to be rented out than a hotel room with a fireplace... I know some people who stayed in one of those...

I guess I could but I'm afraid the satff won't appreciate me stuffing the tv screen with firewood and igniting it.

You see , where this is a will, there is a way!!chickensexer wrote:I guess I could but I'm afraid the satff won't appreciate me stuffing the tv screen with firewood and igniting it.
You can always pay the fire and destruction charges later!!

Better off to rent a tent eh!!

I suspect fire regulations don´t allow hotel rooms with a fireplace. If I was a hotel owner and my hotel had rooms with fireplaces I could not sleep for worrying.

Thank you everybody.
Actully, I wanted the fireplace in the room, not a conference center, and a real one, with wood burning and stuff, and in Tallinn, in the Old Town.
Ok, in case someone will ever want the same information, here is what I found. There are 2 hotels like that in Tallinn, St. Olav and Merchant's house, both are in the Old Town and "medieval", both have real wood burning fireplaces in ther suites.
St. Olav - the fire place is in a Junior suite - one big room, courtyard entrance, whirlpool), around 130eur. Also in "not junior" suite (don't remember the name, haven't checked the amenities - around 270eur.
Merchant's House - the fire place is in their Courtyard (Executive) suite - courtyard entrance, 57sqm total, bedroom, living room, lounge (the fireplace is there), sauna, around 330eur.
P.S. MCwboy, what is IRCC?
