I think the easiest way is to "forget" to fill in one or two fields on the form.

Usually the bureaucrats don't have the time / are too lazy to give you a call and ask about the missing information and the application gets rejected. You don't hear about it for like xxx months and then you call to ask about the status of the application and hear (to your surprise) that it's been rejected because something was missing.

Mind you, it's not fool proof and I don't take any responsibility if it goes through anyway.

1. discrepancies between the details you provided in your previous and present applications (like passport numbers unless you renewed your passport in the mean time)
2. Not providing enough papers/correct papers
3. Human error
4. Fight at home/Bay day for your application reviewing person
5. Computer says no
6. Alien invasion
7. Your ISP says that you visit too many p0rn sites
8. Criminal record
9. Refusing to perform a specific ritual at local police station while submitting your application.
10. Sleeping with application handler's wife/flirting with her. Image

Just give them what they ask, and you should be good to go

Are there any regulations if someone provides worng information OR misses to fill a few fileds on the residence permit application? Are there chances of a legal action to be taken against the individual in such a case? Or will it simply be revoked...

Pls suggest.. or else i'll end up in a bigger mess.. :|

Suggestion: Tell the truth to your family about your circumstances and reasons for not being able to go back. Lying to the authorities and to your family will end you up in a bigger mess.
