Arse for the cup now??
Hopefully, but we'd still like to win the league we don't want to get carried away so we'll wait to see how the draw pans out. However i would say that on our day we can beat anyone, the sending off and and a great substitution in Larsson prevented us from being european champions last time. Last night was a coming of age for some of the players and hopefully it's woken Cesc up for the league run in.
All of this without RVP, there'll be a huge roar when he next sets foot on the pitch.

poor Hleb! what a joke that yellow card was. Italians flashing imaginary cards to get players booked really boils my blood. I thought RVP was fit to play last night? got to say i really like him and with Henry gone and him being injured this season Arsenal have done well.

Nice win for FFC Boy, Hodgson, Bullard et al...

Rubbish from the Toffees. Understandable given Wednesday, but not good enough. We need to get rid of Phil F**king Neville...from the midfield at the very least.

I saw it was you with the last post, so i checked the beeb to see the result, i knew you were one down with 30 odd mins to go but hadn't seen the result. Shame, i'm really pleased for Fulham, my dad's a fan and was raised near the cottage, but Everton, man i was hoping for lots of pressure on Redsh*te (as you affectionately call them) as i really want you to get in the CL so Liverpool face the ignominy of the UEFA cup. Well after our poor result against Boro (shall i mention the ref?) i hope we can stuff 'pool three times in a week to really knock them off their stride and help you out in the league. Nice win for Wigan it's always nice when Bolton slip further down the table.

Cant but help Arse's season is over. Cant see them winning against MU and Chelski or the pool. And for them to win the CL possibly they have to beat pool, then chelski and in the final MU. Would you bet on a gunners trophy season? not me.

Can nearly see a Mu double   as much as I hate to say it :x

For me the PL will be

MU
Arse
Chelski
Pool

Relegated will be

Wigan
Fulhan
Derby

Talking of charlton, they may just miss out on the play-off places, and looks like we could have a few very new faces in the Premier next season.

TOP 4

Man U
Liv

Bot
Bir/Newc (depending on tonights result)

Brum 1-0 NUFC at half time!! Jimmy Mac(Fadden) with the goal.

Glad to see McFadden do well (and why not versus the Barcodes!), but it seems Everton could use him right now, surprise surprise. We ended the Fulham match with 'Joleon, Joleon, Joleon, Joleeeeeon' Lescott upfront. Bad, bad news :x

I was watching but the picture was bad  so missed the excitement will watch 2nd half. Even though I despise Brum (sorry John) at the mo. for scuppering our season by crippling our new lethal striker, i still love to watch the Toon lose under the impressive stewardship of 'The Messiah'

Do think they'll nail him to a cross if they go down?

I tuned in for the last 20. Terrible quality, but you can't blame the picture  What is it with Monday night games?

Keggy probably saved himself an ecumenically-attuned Easter crucifixion with a point tonight. With big matches against those around (eg Fulham) to come, there's still plenty of scope for the streets of Newcastle to run red with Keegan's blood... :? :| :beer_yum:

Hello everyone.

My tuppence worth.

Top
United
Chelski
Arse
Liversh*te

Bottom
Fulham
Bolton
Derby

I'd love to say the barcodes, but little mickey's poaching and that horrible cretin Barton will probably contrive to just keep them up.
I'd love for Tesco City to get fourth too, but they're bottling it.
Meh.

I'd laugh, if the whole affair wasn't so damned painful, unfair and just...sh*te. :x
As for bottling, there's a lot of pessimism coming from last week/end, but, thinking about it, one tired, injury-hit and luckless (three pen shouts - still not had one in the league this season) performance doesn't constitute bottling. Need to bounce back on the weekend however or you've got a case. Got WHU, who've sorted themselves out just in time, it seems.

I nod in agreement. I'll add Diouf to the Premiership cretin list.
No prizes for guessing who MagicJ would like to add...
