Brazilian Wax?

Post by Sun Gal » Wed Mar 19, 2008 10:09 pm

Hello all, just moved to finland and this is a question for the ladies perhaps. But has anyone found a place in helsinki to get a brazilian wax and how much will it cost?

Try Tallinn or some of the beauty schools. Don't pay Finland prices at a salon. They rob you blind for any kind of waxing.

Thanks for the reply! But do you know whether they do Brazilian wax that is they take everything off? Cos I went through some of the sites and they keep saying bikini wax which is not everything off. Sorry for being so detailed cos I can't read finnish and don't know what the sites are saying.

I am considering starting up a little side occupacation giving this service... I have never done it before but am willing to give it a try! :D

I have to find somewhere to locate the business, it must be somewhere where my wife would not find me out!

I have an appointment for a hair cut next week. I'll ask at my salon if they do Brazilian waxing or ask for a recommendation for a place that does.

OK girls, please note:

Hanky-Fan Brazilian Waxing Studio is going to be open in a few weeks based in the West Vantaa area (might travel if the subject is worthy). Fees are variable, we might even pay you something! Also on the look out for photo opportunities with girls who already have had the full works (purely for making a portfolio so our customers can choose on style).

We are happy to do full or part commissions.
Note: we reserve the right to have some FF regulars observing the waxing (for training purposes only)

Thanks Karen. I looked up one salon and the price was 85 euros which is a total rip off. Pardon the pun. If your hairdresser has cheaper alternatives that would be really great! :)

And guys... I'm assuming you are guys... Mölkky-Fan, Hank W. and Oombongo... you may want to start another thread so you can discuss your biz plans.
