If I want to escalate an issue to do with the education system, not necessarily specific to a particular school but a more general issue, who do I write to? Is there someone at Espoon Kaupunki who can give me some answers or should it go direct to the Ministry of Education? This concerns the Joint Application System for lukio.
Any tips?

I always write to members of parlement, have they also something to do else then:
-being sick and depressed
-writing textmessages
-being busy with divorce, marriage etc
-don not know to which party they belong (greens or kokemus, it does not seem to matter as long as we pay every month
)
-having more then 2 months holiday
-etc.
Good luck (better not write to kokemus,they would rather that you go to a private school
)
