travel clinic in helsinki?

I was wondering if there is a specialized travel clinic in Helsinki. I tried to search here: http://www.istm.org/ but it seems that Finland is not listed... Any help and suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

perhaps! i am looking for a clinic which offers comprehensive travel health and immunisation service. Is this what the tropical disease dept is?
