Check the families in Finland section.. they have some Mothers N mothers to be meeting on Thursdays in Stockmann
Was one there recently but dunno if this has gone out of fashion..
Some were even hosting a playgroup in their place..

I organise an International playgroup in a community centre in Lauttasaari (close to Helsinki). We usually meet on Tuesdays from 10 until 12:30. At the moment we are mainly mothers with babies ranging from a few weeks to 2 years. We will be running up until June 10th after this we will finish for the summer then start back up again at the end of August.
