Faithful:
since USA didn't show much enemity or threat to FINLAND all FINLAND did was to bandwagon with the US since her enemy was next door.
 And all this time I thought that Finland bandwagoned with the enemy next door.

Aha your thoughts are welcomed all you have to do is share them with me and i will see the sense in your explanation i guess non in here is an elite but if one is then they could give us the reality but every side of the ELITES have their reality and what they want the masses to see.
Or did i use my vocabulary wrongly????? according to my knowledge bandwagon is alliance to a powerful country irrespect of ideology for self interest.
Kindly clarify what you mean by all along you thought FINLAND bandwagoned with her enemy next door.
How could they have and at that time building their nation was at her interest???? clarify enlighten my ignorance, most super powers used colonial way of control but USA deconstructed that and is more on the sphere of influence and diversity to name but a few.

Well, you could go and learn some English, as I cannot understand a flying f* what you wrote.

The enemy in Finland has always been in the 'wicked east' be it Novgorod, Muscovy, Russia, USSR or Putinland...

Back in the 1945's to 1980's there was a "reality factor" in Finnish politics, that we have a very intricate relationship with "a friendly nation". And after that they've just been the HUI they have been for 1000 years

Ahhhh....here we go again... :) :) The slow and very, very patient, re-education process.... or maybe that's simply the "education" process....
:)

But some of you guys have had lots of practice.... And there have been scads of pervious threads and posts on all of this....

Oh, and just to stir the pot a bit....the USA did NOT declare war on Finland, but Britain DID... Had to keep its new buddy..."Uncle Joe", happy, you know.... though the excuse was that Finland had actually invaded "Russian territory"...

And just to be even more "vicious"....don't forget, during WW II, Britain actually "invaded" and "conquered" Iceland (...on its own after the fall of Denmark)....no bullets required. And about a year later the US Army moved in .... :) :)

But carry on ....a "new" generation awaits enlightenment... :)

And talking of "racism" then look a bit of what color USN seamen were allowed shore leave or be stationed in Keflavik...

Hey, in Finland a "souvenier baby" is about as bad, but nobody really cares in the long run.

Hey...while looking for something else I stumbled across this:

As Christianity spread, this power gave rise to trials of strength between the old and the new religion, such as we have seen when Constantine (first Christian Roman emperor)...overcame Licinius. St. Olaf's first expedition to Finland barely escaped destruction from a dreadful tempest excited by Finnish sorcers.... :) :)

Now Olaf, the king of Norway 1,000 years ago, did manage to become the patron saint of the Aland Islands... The Finnish mainland held off Christianity for another 150 years until Bishop Henry...piispa Henrik ....and there have been lots of previous posts on him and Lalli...

So there's a long history there...So what makes you modern "foreigners' think you are going to be let off easy???....

Main part of discussion is making yourself understood.

You are committing epic failure in that one.
You write huge blob of text which has no decipherable content or main through.

Feels like reading stuff made by that oft mentioned monkey trying to type compiled works of William Shakespeare.

I apologize, Faithful, I do not intend to insult you, but I cannot comprehend the content of your posts. The spelling is not your flaw, it's your grammar and syntax and punctuation and . . . never mind. :?

There is nothing wrong with the words. Its just how the bulgarian machine translator strings them up.
