Re: Guidance Needed
You're a little irrational. Looking for housing and posting in Jobs.
Here you can find the answers to your question:

Don't forget to read the stickies.
Or do you look for a job which also provide housing? That is still not completely clear.
And since you come here to study, read the stickies in Studying too.

Re: Guidance Needed
I think you're in a Catch 22 situation.
Before you can get a residence permit based on study, you need to show enough money to survive on you're own in Finland (6000,- €/year for students) and show a valid medical insurance. If you have financial problems, you wouldn't even get the rp.
(and as a student you're only allowed to work for 25 hours per week.)
If you want to get a rp based on work, you need to find a job first and then wait for the residence permit in your home country.
Very few employers will take the trouble of hiring someone and then wait till he gets his rp. Only if you have something very special to offer they might consider it. But since you haven't finished your studies yet and probably have very little job experience, your outlooks are bleak. And if landing a job is difficult, you could consider a job with a living accommodation almost an impossibility.
