I agree, but the reply was in relation to the OP situation.

I am EU citizen, and i have highschool deploma,

so i considered to enroll at TKK for getting support as a student, and mabe even taking some courses.

I don't want to enroll as an erasmus student,

Well if he is working for the student union for 400/mo his salary won't even cover the work threshold. I would advise to stuff the gob with the beans and toast in the UK to have a good layer of fat to live on, rather than expect that Finland would entertain some lazy foreigners on my money.

His "job offer" is in Finland, the UK would be even more expensive.

What little we do know of the OP's situation, it appears he is a student trainee, arriving here to do a traineeship under some exchange programme or another - now that's hardly good news from the "permanent" point of view is it; unless he actually finds the time and energy to specify his sit. a bit more, it really is quite hard to say.

I'd suggest Jonas to find out IF he could bring over some student benefit (I'm supposing he is a student) from his home country, since based on what he has told us, I'd say his chances are a bit slim. It would be kind of interesting to know which trainee exchange programme he is participating in.

Of course, no-one is actually stopping him from applying for a KELA card.

Your countrymen seem to be making pretty good use of Ryanair - which fits with the crowds of Juntti I've seen getting hammered on the way to Stansted.

I am an undergraduate student in the field of audio engineering. I don't want to take to many courses 'cause i want to concentrate on the work i will be doing. Which will not be part of any exchange program. And actually i don't now whether it works as some kind of traineeship thing, but it is terminated to 10 month. I don't know whether i will be leaving Finland afterwards. I fall in love with a fin, and could imagine to study at TKK audio engineering or at Sibelius Akatemia music technology. But i really don't know yet! And of course not whether i could pass the entrance tests either.
For sure it is hard to live from 400é's a month though, when you as well have to pay rent. When i applied for the job, i thought rent is for free, but is not. Thats why i am confronted with this question now!

How many of those 11000 are nurses working for the NHS? Or kitchen slaves a.k.a housewives? The difference is my countrymen SPEAK ENGLISH AND ARE READILY EMPLOYABLE whereas your countrymen are no-speak chavs that try in vain to find a job laying carpets to bogs.
