Best bank account.

Post by crunchy » Tue Jun 10, 2008 10:42 pm

What's the best offer for a bank account in Finland and from what bank?
It should have online banking (preferably in English) and be also good when there's months with €0 income, some with maybe €100 or €200 and only few with more than that.
I'll keep my other account, so that's why there'll be so little money transfers only.

As far as my experience goes, Nordea has the best english interface for online banking. Most of the information is available from Nordea website which has a good English interface too.

Thank you a lot! But can you tell me where on their website to find information on account details and on how to open the account? I am browsing through there for ages now and can't seem to find the right thing.. .

You go to this place on the street that has big windows and people sitting inside that says NORDEA on the door and in big neone signs.

People do not become more irritable as they grow old - they simply stop making the effort to avoid annoying others.

Just call at the service number for personal customers. They will help you out. By the way, I guess you have SSN.

Thanks for the link!!

Haha, I will go there personally once I am in Finland again (August). I'll also get my SSN then.
I just wanted to get as much information as possible now already. :)

Hei and I can open an account there even though I don't have a constant monthly income on it, right?
