TV license for laptop?

Does anyone know the official rules here in Finland about using a Laptop (with a TV card)? Do I have to pay the full TV license? (I don't have a TV)

Yeah, I just found the ruling on the english section of the tv-maksut website, which seems very clear on the matter.

The obligation to pay the television fee continues after this, if you watch television programmes, e.g.:
via a digital television or television with a digital set-top box;
via a satellite receiver;
via mobile television (DVB-H)
via the computer, for example the IPTV.

I also do the same and pay for it. That's what the rule implies.

Everyone should pay for TV license. If you don't pay then you shall spend a week in solitary confinement

I agree, mostly, although I would up the punishment to a darn good flogging with the cat o' 9, or even a good birching. Everyone who doesn't pay means the rest of us have to pay a teensy eensy weeny bit more. In my book that is theft. Carry on with the flogging Mr Christian.
