Post by walls_ID » Tue Jul 22, 2008 1:55 pm

Hi

I am a doctor and have done my studies from India. I have travelled to helsinki with my Husband who is working as an IT engineer,

Request you to please guide me on how I can start my career at helsinki. What additional courses do I need to take in order for me to practice.

Regards
Anne.

"To receive a licence to practice medicine in Finland, a doctor from outside the EU or European Economic Area (EEA) has to undergo practical training and pass a three-part examination, including questions on administration, legislation and clinical medicine, and a practical section testing ability to cope with normal clinical situations. There is also a separate language test."
