Are there any other places besides restaurants that accept Lounassetelis (Lunch vouchers) e.g. Grocery shops such as Alepa, S-Market etc. or any other place?

According to http://www.lounasseteli.fi and contract that restaurants must agree to:
"3. Yritys sitoutuu vastaanottamaan Lounasseteleitä yksinomaan aterioinnin maksuksi.
Yrityksellä ei ole oikeutta vaihtaa Lounasseteliä rahaksi eikä antaa siitä vaihtorahaa.
Yrityksen tulee Lounasseteleitä vastaanottaessaan noudattaa Verohallituksen kulloinkin
voimassa olevia luontoisetuja koskevia päätöksiä ja muita viranomaismääräyksiä. Näiden
sopimusehtojen voimaantullessa sovellettavassa Verohallinnon päätöksessä todetaan, ettei
Lounasseteleitä saa vastaanottaa maksuksi alkoholista, tupakasta, elintarvikkeista tai
muista hyödykkeistä."

So if grocery stores accepts lunch vouchers for anything else than meals, they might be in trouble. "ettei
Lounasseteleitä saa vastaanottaa maksuksi alkoholista, tupakasta, elintarvikkeista tai
muista hyödykkeistä." = no alcohol, tobacco, groceries or other goods. So In theory grocery stores can sell ready made meals, but I don't know if any of them do.

They do if they have a deli section - like a cafe like the K-market at the pasila train station there
